It's true that I'm not much of an expert in these matters. Still, I feel confident in saying that the announcer's allegedly-Mexican accent in this Taco Bell commercial is astoundingly fake:
Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems pretty inauthentic to me. Like, Mind of Mencia inauthentic.

it should be a flap, not a trill (r, not rr).
Agree with Karen. You wouldn't trill a single r in the middle of a word. Also, he almost seems to say "da bun" or "deh bun" at the end, revealing that he's actually from Chicago or Philly.
Also: lions can't really talk.
But if a lion could talk, could we understand him?
(True story: Until mid-1999, I thought that Wittgenstein was actually asking "If a line could talk, could we understand it?" Which in my opinion is also a fairly relevant question.)
Is it just the trill on the R, though? I get the feeling that this pronunciation of "carne" was mandated by Taco Bell. But I think the rest of the accent is fake, too (mainly because I'm pretty I've heard this voiceover guy before, and he doesn't usually have an accent).
