FWIW, I had to look up what a pastebin is. Although I'm not an IRC junkie.
Oh, I wouldn't expect everyone to know what a pastebin is. I only started using 'em a year or two ago. But It does seem like something that you'd be able to turn up with just a little bit of googling if you were writing up a service as trivial as TinyPaste.
